The Sheetz lawsuit is absolutely nonsense the more you read into it. Absolutely ridiculous position to take with no valid claim to "racism" at all.

Mandates and quotas are not the solution and always backfire.

I fully support Biden administration’s stance on [2], you have to take positive discrimination case-by-case (because sometimes it’s bad). Quotas are bad. I’ve certainly been on your side before — arguing about the negatives in the way DEI has been administered. What I will tell you is that the answer isn’t whatever this is, and this is certainly a “crackdown.”
