Isn't the actual effect of "protecting kids" agenda forcing ID check on everybody ? aka "In order to protect your kids we need to watch everybody else more closely too" ?

Reminds me that satiric "joke" asking how do you want to have this censorship/online control wrapped - protecting kids or fighting terrorism or AML?
