You make this too hard to read. Constant scrolling for tiny little chunks of text. Sorry, ain't putting up with that.

This is the type of slop that looks okay to amateurs but if you had a professional they could have tweaked this into a well made data visualization (like one you'd find on pudding.cool) rather than a slopified powerpoint presentation.

Specific recommendations:

1) None of the animations are useful. None of the scroll gates are useful. They all get in the way. Remove them. All of them.

2) Don't make a person scroll so goddamned much. It's maddening and unnecessary.

3) Have a persistent table of contents on the side if your section headers actually matter.

4) Don't ignore Web Content Accessibility Guidelines for content readability. Your tiny low contrast text hurts my eyes.

5) Don't ignore user preference for dark text on light background.

I thought the initial scroll thing at the top was kinda cool, but then I scrolled more and it just scrolled up tiny text windows at a time. I had to eject.

I wonder if this works better on phones? From part 2 on it seemed like normal scroll to me.

It presented some things I didn't know - I thought all H1Bs had to be advertised to US applicants, but it was just done in places nobody sees and applicants ignored, while this says most places don't even need to do that, for example.

But I also think its timelines of things in India seemed sort of perfunctory and repetitive.

As a tangent, I've long thought that the counterintuitive easy fix for some of the problems with these visas is to convert them to green cards faster (maybe 18 months?) as that should instantly help undo wage suppression pressures.
