In France, 80% is paid by the public healthcare if a psychiatrist greenlit you, which still make you liable for ~30€ per day in a room you share with another patient (and if you want a private room it's ~90€/day out of pocket) (maybe the prices around Paris are a bit higher though, i'm a country boy) [edit] more accurate numbers, i had to check and correct them.
