And when you say "due to RPi owner behaviour" what you're saying is "due to the default setup". It's a Raspberry Pi problem. The devices are notorious for this issue for good reason.

		... and the default instructions guide you to install the Raspberry Pi Imager which will format and configure an SD card for your hardware. The recommended OS during this process is .... "Raspberry Pi OS" i.e. Raspbian.
