I'm on TRT and it's been a lifesaver for me. I was getting horrible night sweats constantly which is what led me down the rabbit hole of finding out that it could be low T. After I started on the TRT I dropped fat, put on muscle mass, my depression went down and I found myself not wanting to simply sleep all day every day. I can't imagine life without it. Would regular exercising do the same thing? Maybe. But if I did exercise and TRT I think the results would be better and faster. So to me this makes sense, maybe not the forced option but I don't think you'd find many men in the military that wouldn't want this done voluntarily if it has no cost. I pay for it out of pocket and I hate missing a week, I notice it. I haven't had any downsides that I'm aware of other than the cost. | ||
