Using CO2 and not nitrogen is cruel as hell. Screw that guy, and I say this as someone who has raised my own beef since I was a kid and hunted my whole life.

Nitrogen is dirt cheap, this guy is sqwabbling over saving literal pennies in exchange for the torturous death of an intellegent animal.
