I do this too. I have an artifacts directory with sub dirs for session summaries, plans, experiments, presentations, misc., etc. Each file within is dated so I can reference something like "A latency alarm was just triggered on endpoint X, check the artifacts for recent latency investigations and tell me if this particular endpoint has showed up before."
