In the US, there is no central hub for evaluating foreign educational credentials.

Two institutions might evaluate your credentials differently.

Likewise states for professional qualifications.

There isn’t a single US Anabin equivalent. Foreign degrees are usually evaluated by private NACES agencies like WES, ECE, or SpanTran, and each school/employer chooses whom they accept.
