Show HN: IDE for code assembly of reusable code blocks(tetrees.ai)
2 points by joseph3553 8 hours ago | 3 comments

I've found several experienced developers whether manually coding or doing vibe coding picked auth, payment, admin, backend overhaul as one of the pain points when building products. Tetrees, just like game tetris, allows you to assemble reusable code blocks and could ask the AI agent to assemble it for you. Currently there are 500+ code block products (some paid, mostly free) available inside Tetrees IDE.

The risk of anonymous PR push with malware is treated with market kyc verifications, so even free products at Tetrees IDE marketplace(it's part of IDE) can be tracked to specific seller, upvotes, and reviews. 400K tokens is instantly free once you sign up and use it so please feel free to use it and let me know on how to improve your code assembly experience.

Pro tip: the Microsoft Store "just doesn't work" on many computers: mine gets a corrupted metadata database and the advice I get from all levels at Microsoft is "create a new account and reinstall all the apps you really use to run that crapplet for your printer".

Ordinary installers work great and have no drawbacks.

Thanks for the feedback! The download page does have exe signed with certificate but MS would still flag that on smartScreen when testing on other computer so UX wise I worry that new user will think this installer is sus. Do you have any pro tip+ to help this? I've searched and it said even using MS Azure certificate sign on exe don't lift windows SmartScreen so MS store was our best try so far but we could really use some advice.

I never get bothered by SmartScreen, maybe I turned it off.
