Hi, I’m Mia. I’m a customer support / technical support generalist and frontend/full-stack developer with 2 years of customer-facing experience and 10+ years of self-taught technical work across web development, Linux/self-hosting, design, and automation.I’m looking for frontend, full-stack, technical support, application/SaaS support, implementation, junior sysadmin, web operations, or internal IT roles. On the dev side, I’m especially interested in translating existing designs and product requirements into polished, accessible UI/UX. I can do original web design too, but my preference is implementation and product polish rather than being the sole visual designer. At ABN AMRO I worked in Dutch and English customer care, supported customers with mobile banking and complex disputes, maintained KPI reporting, rebuilt a slow Power BI workflow into an Excel/Power Pivot version with documentation, and submitted 44 internal improvement proposals in two months.
