Then you spend a bit of time fixing it. With the right stack, these things are rare and not often difficult to resolve.

		I think the point was to plan the upgrades for when you’ll have time to fix it if it breaks. If it’s updating daily, then it will break randomly. These things always feel like they happen at the worst time. Even if it’s not difficult, it can still be extremely inconvenient.

I'm not sure what's here to talk about. Things break. We don't have to overthink this. But if you want more predictability, stable distros exist.
