Anyone know if Patch (https://patchrelease.com/) is allowed with Apple?

Seems like Expo (docs.expo.dev/eas-update) has existed for RN for a while and haven't seen any issues, Patch seems newer but similar (but wasm from swift instead of js)

Would that cause issues with App Store reviewers? Has anyone tried it?
