About a day ago, Github rolled out a very frustrating change to the search bar. You can find discussions detailing the change here: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/200255#discussioncomment-17458427 The search bar has become a very frustrating exercise of retyping queries that originally were just a quick edit. I'm at the point where I need to create all of my queries in a text document beforehand.

Built a userscript that fixes this — adds repo scoping, language filter, date range filters, and active filter chips. Works with Tampermonkey/Violentmonkey. Install: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/584684-aosi-universal-tool
