Buy unprocessed food and prepare it yourself. Don't add sugar. Eating processed food and even most restaurant food is eating food that's designed to make you want more, not satiate you.

Yeah, that does nothing. I love to cook, and I can cook super healthy and like it. I'm still hungry lol.

There's a part of my brain that constantly thinks about food. It's like tinnitus. GLPs stopped that cold.
