What about if you had an ai receptionist in your business to answer phone ...talk to yourcustomers in friendly manner. know all the information of your business ....and no sick pay No holiday pay 24/7 Even to point of book jobs Sounds like real person You probably wouldnt know it was Why would you not change ?? because the caller is not experienced with the options or how to execute them correctly, what words to say, how long of pause to take, background noises, different other triggers. we know how the automated system works, but the caller is just angry if they don't get a human. | ||||||||
