Their CSS has been broken for at least a week now, and I've gotten no reply to emails.

I'm not trying to do tech support here, I just think it's bizarre that a major research university could just have a broken website for this long. It makes me wonder if they've been ransomwared or something.

I’m seriously confused. It’s broken for me on multiple devices and multiple browsers. The CSS has the wrong mimetype so it’s not loading. Text is all over the place.

		I see some site assets are being loaded via HTTP/2, others via HTTP/3, could that be it? Shouldn't be, but at this point, who knows
