There are a few obscure ones.

Uniformed Health Service (the reason the Surgeon General is a General), which I'm certain is vaccinated.

NOAA also has uniformed personnel.

So basically, the "Pentagon" has refused directions from it's "leadership" on the basis that it is not conducive to good military order?

Sounds like we have a leadership issue.
