Hi y'all,

When I realized, that running agents on a tiny, 5€ VPS is absolutely doable - and I dont have to have my Mac running 24/7 i decided to build my own Agency in a Box.

It all started with a tool that gets triggered by new Github issues and simply works through them with a row of agents - from planner, over dev to tester and review. (looping back to dev whenever there is problems with a merge)

That was nice and done in an hour.

Then I got more and more frustrated, because the github mobile app is a pain to use.

So I build my own app to submit issues to github and talk to my agents when they need me. Also a pretty straight forward, cheap build.

Then my ADHD kicked in and I lost focus of my real work for three weeks building and tweaking this tool until it became what it is today:

A - completely self sufficient developer agency with a custom interface and backend (not relying on github anymore for speed - but still importing issues if they come up), - self improvement (the agency is being watched by an analyzer that sees patterns and problems in the agency itself and improves skills, workflows and codebase of the agency), - workflow builder (a custom node based tool, where you can attach skills and hooks to any agent - and build agent-workflows visually to your liking) - repo importer - auto merge - based on claude cli and pi (any LLM and Provider you can imagine)

and I think now its time to open the box for stresstests outside my VPS ....

cheers from (finally) hothothot vienna, :-) arne
