It wouldn't matter if it was 50%. Shareholders have the expectation of the number getting bigger every 90 days in perpetuity. If you want better vehicles to increase sales and compete better against international competition, you need to have the rank-and-file feeling like their work will matter not just for the company, but for them too. That's diametrically opposed to the number getting bigger.
