The most-charitable interpretation is that you have been misinformed ever since the last election from some preliminary estimate of incomplete counts. 1. Of all ballots, only 49.7961% were for Trump. [0] 2. Of ballots where someone made a non-blank choice for President, 50.1976% were for candidates who were not-Trump.
