I'm building Sourced Once (sourcedonce.com) — a marketplace where engineers actively interviewing can make that momentum visible to other recruiters, attracting interest from more companies. You being in one or more interview loops is the strongest possible signal to a recruiter. But today that signal is completely invisible — and that information asymmetry consistently hurts candidates. I have ~50 recruiters from post-Series D and public tech companies already signed up. Candidates are always free, and they stay anonymous till they accept an interest. Would you use this?
