That doesn't address anything, this is a vacuous statement, it's not even about negotation with the employer/employee, but with the public and everyone, you make the law whatever you want and they become consensual, either agree to the terms or you're not allowed to operate a business here, all consensual. This is how taxation and other regulation work. You're free to operate a business in another country if you don't like it, same as an employee is free to look for work elsehwere. | ||
