Hi, I'm Alex Stout, a full-stack software engineer who's combined their mastery of the fundamentals with AI development experience. Earlier this year I helped launch version 1.0 of the TypeScript-based Mastra AI framework, e.g. I built a native Datadog LLM trace exporter. More recently, I’ve been conducting small-scale agentic AI systems research, and integrating AI capabilities (like building an MCP) into an GovQL, an open source project using GraphQL to query federal government data.
