We build customer success agents and account intelligence that do the actual manual work — so CS teams can focus on the relationship-driven work that drives growth.

You'll be one of the first engineers. You'll ship voice agents, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, evals, and account intelligence features that touch real customers on day one.

What we're looking for:

- You build with AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code) as a force multiplier — not occasionally, as your default

- You've shipped something with LLMs in production (agents, RAG, evals — not just wrappers)

- Comfortable owning a feature from idea to production without a lot of hand-holding

- Based in the US — SF Bay Area or LA strongly preferred
