Have the Democrats ever put any power-grab instruments back in any boxes? I don't remember a time they have, and I don't think they'll start now. They are meek cowards.

I remember when Obama was elected. All the people telling me how bad things were under W switched to explaining how I was childish for thinking a democrat controlled congress and executive could un-do any of it.
