Alright I’ll bite. What “toxins” are you removing by increasing dietary fiber? And how would this somehow be different from the “toxins” that are supposedly removed in a juice cleanse or other similar ideas?

What's the point if so many people on Ozempic or similar have fucked up diets they're never going to fix and refuse to exercise?

Because they help those people stay thin. For some, that's enough.
