If data centers are America's last hope for future prosperity why is the federal government not stepping in? Now rural communities are left holding the ball.

Because the party in control of the Federal government doesn't care about the well being of the populace and is focused entirely on lining their pockets and remaining in power.

		I really really don't like the current administrations decisions and lack of integrity but I'm not sure this particular failure is only one side. We need a much better system for making the government more transparently for the greater good and not for private gain at the public's expense.
