a bear looks like its mopeing along eating grass,but may be incredibly agitated by the sounds and proximity.

its seems like wow how do these animals survive in such lethargy.

then game speed is on, and the bear explosively takes up 30 feet distance in what seems like a few milliseconds.

you dont even have time to think about drawing a weapon either.

the bear hits you, or stops short and evaluates you, for a second, then commits.
