Over my longish life, I learned to give SCotUS justices some benefit of the doubt, because it was common to find decisions that didn't align with the signs and signaling from the court.I no longer trust the court this way because decisions seem foreordained 90% of the time - which is the same percentage that the court sides with this administration (vastly higher than ever before and more than double the norm). | ||
