Propietary Chrome it's spyware itself. Unconfigured Chromium, still a lot and not totally FLOSS. Ungoogled Chromium plus UBO and settings from git://bitreich.org/privacy-haters, a lot less but not being 100% libre will make it potential spyware, adware and malware. Any other webkit4gtk browser, such as Luakit or Vimb, close, but beware. Librewolf and similar software: blobs free, but run UBlock Origin and block JavaScript by default.
