Can I make a bot to buy the domain at the best price, transfer that domain to Cloudflare instead?

Cloudflare's prices are already close to unbeatable. They basically resell at cost. But there's nothing stopping you from doing that if you want.

		Cloudflare's prices are very beatable, especially if we're talking about the first year price. Their name doesn't appear in the first 6 pages (~175 TLDs) of this list https://tldes.com/cheapest-domains On renewals they appear much more competitive though.
