I've been in the industry almost 30 years and the job market we have now is the worst I've ever seen. This includes the dot com crash, great recession, and COVID times.

Fortunately, I am still employed, but I am looking.

Yeah I'm employed but once this project I'm on wraps up this year, I'll be asked to work on a project that violates my personal ethics.... So really hoping i can find something by the fall, we'll see
