Who I am: Fractional CTO with 25+ years of experience building and scaling products across multiple generations of the web. I’m often brought in to turn ideas into working systems quickly, or to stabilize and evolve existing platforms.

I’ve led teams, hired engineers, defined architecture, and stayed hands-on in the code. My work spans AI-driven platforms, streaming media systems, and full-stack web applications. I’m comfortable operating at both the executive strategy level and deep in implementation.

Known for being a “Swiss army knife” technologist who can bridge product, engineering, and execution without overengineering.
