Hi all, I'm new, this my first day and first post here. Came here because I can no longer reply to this thread https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=39803174 to share my findings. I found a way to simulate a Marimo moss ball with 125,000 strands that looks like a Cycles render, except this works in 90+ fps on the web while reacting to momentum changes and torque. This was done in Three.js with a custom GLSL shader. Hope you guys have fun playing with it! | ||
