Its not OrcaSlicer or an OrcaSlicer project but a user's fork that added Bambu's cloud functionality from Bambu Studio

Without the cloud functionality you have to control it over a LAN, VPN, etc. While I cant say I agree with things, its not quite as dramatic a situation as the title may lead people to believe.
