We need fewer guesses and more evidence.

Guessing is what AI does --- it's all it does. Well, to be fair, it has a really big database which usually helps with the guessing but in the end, everything is still just a guess (or a complete fabrication) and thus subject to being totally wrong.

AI should start at the bottom. Let's see it actualy replace some meanial workers --- like say taking orders for fast food. If it can't replace workers in these jobs, it probably can't replace you either.

Fast food has actually tried this. Resuls thus far leave something to be desired. The proof is at a drive thru near you.
