Why a subscription model? As a user, I would prefer a pay-as-you-go model. Especially since the limit of 60 resumes in a month on the top tier plan can be a bit limiting. IIRC, the last time I was jobless I applied to more than a 100 jobs in a month (I was desperate and was willing to do any job really), so the 60 resume limit wouldn't have worked for me.

Another scenario where your subscription model doesn't work is when you're already in a steady job, but on the lookout for better options (like me right now). I'm in no big rush to switch jobs at the moment, so I may apply for maybe a couple of jobs in a month on an average. But some months, I may not apply for anything at all. So paying a $19 subscription fee makes no sense.
