There is no discussion of wealth in your quote. And further, that quote supports what I've been saying. It specifically says "the cause of this riot was not Tulsa", and "It might have happened anywhere". If it "might have happened anywhere", it therefore has nothing to do with the unique high-wealth of this area. | ||
