Mostly small scale businesses wont have the money to hire big AI service companies. So they might resort to small AI agent creators. If at all organisations are adopting it the next question is.....who will be the responsible party if a loss happens due to AI agent fault?

Considering the fact that AI is still in hallucination stages....a small error creating a big business loss can wipe out trust. And service provider cant guarantee that he will take the risk of loss and it doesnt make sense for the business owner to bear the cost of a mishap created by a random AI guy.
