BPC157/TB5, IPA/CJC-NoDac, VIP, and Semaglutide (ozempic). Semaglutide was the most effective long term for autoimmune but the others really helped with CCI and other physical ailments. I take a combo of modafinil in the morning and amitryptiline at night as a treatment for dysautonomia and dopamine dysregulation.
