I'm not saying you're wrong but then why do a big website and branding push. If they had someone in mind they'd bury it on a regular job posting. They specify early to mid career. Imo they're anticipating a ton of applications and bounding it makes reviewing them tractable. | ||

Ya, I don't understand the calculus. If it's important enough for a big website, why not promote the site for a week first. Too many applications seems more desirable than missing the right people who are 'heads down building' or just not terminally online. That on top of Direct Hire Authority.
