		My interpretation was "if they'll serve criminals, they won't care if someone accuses you of a crime". But that doesn't apply to cloudflare hosting so it still comes across as a pointless snipe.

		In this case, yes. Ignoring invalid dmca requests is not a legal way to deal with them.

Receiving illegitimate DMCA notices is not the same as hosting criminal services.
