Punishment in Gulf Arab countries for publishing sensitive media publicly - fines, 6 months to 1 year jail terms, followed by deportation.

Equivalent punishment in Israel - 5 years jail.

Do they have the same definition of "sensitive media"?

If you're talking sensitive media as in military installations, wartime damage, debris, etc., yes.

1.) Israel is not a Gulf State 2.) Israel does have its democratic flaws, yet it is possible to demostrate against the government. There is an independent supreme court. Homosexuality is aloud there. 3.) Why should it mentioned anyway? There are worser MENA countries than Israel.
