| Well, that's kinda the problem, isn't it? Even after being erroneously charged and ghosted by their non-existent support for a month, you'll still happily keep paying for their services. If most people think like you, why indeed bother providing support at all? |

The only other SOTA model that seems to be on-par with Opus 4.6 for engineering work is (maybe?) Codex 5.3, though I would rather not support Sam Altman indirectly. |
