CA Gov. Newsom: HOLD MY BEER

California voters approved nearly $10 billion in taxpayer funds via municipal bonds in 2008 for an 800-mile high-speed rail system connecting San Francisco and Los Angeles, which was estimated to cost roughly $33 billion. The project, which began under former Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown, has been plagued by ballooning costs and delays, and Williams said the latest estimate of the cost to connect the two cities was over $125 billion, nearly quadruple the original amount.

We're now in 2026. There are no trains. There's no track laid. It was a complete bait and switch," Rep. Fong told "60 Minutes."

I wonder how much more we spend in Minnesota “learing centers” LOL

Of course sooner or later socialist cities like Seattle and NYC will run out of other people’s money to fund their needles and drugs, “homeless” industrial complex, and new property taxes increases due to their incompetence.

Give Elon and NASA more money for rockets instead of money for Mamdani socialist dreams or Newsom’s homeless industry friends (I don’t know the names of the wackos in Seattle city council and major, and don’t care about finding out).
