Identity Labs has generated 2B+ views across Twitter. We've worked with Bryan Johnson, Chamath Palihapitiya, Tony Fadell, partners at a16z, partners at Kleiner Perkins, and YC founders. We are a small team of 15 people.

If the 21st century gets defined by 100 influential ideas, Identity Labs wants to be instrumental in popularizing 10 of them.

We believe every founder who's built something massive has five Paul Graham level essays inside them. Our job is to find those essays and give them distribution.

We're hiring a Creative Director.

Your job is to sit with someone who built a billion dollar company, talk for two hours, figure out which idea from that conversation will make 10 million people stop scrolling on Twitter, then write it.

It's intellectual sparring plus longform journalism plus an obsessive understanding of what spreads on Twitter and why.

We're growing at 1500%+ YoY. A Creative Director can 5x their salary within 2 years as they grow into a Partner role.
