Iran is sanctioned for so long now, they had no other choice than to become as independent as possible. Cutting communications hinders iran less then outsiders trying to spark a revolution. Not sure how that determines "Literal arrogance...". My assumption, perhaps naive, is that Iran had connections to the outside world from which the hacking was taking place. Are the Iranian hackers not within Iran? | ||||||||
