I really hate these so-called Terms of Service that are more a set of instructions than they are a contract. Eg. "If you see something wrong or inappropriate from Copilot, use the Report or Feedback features in Copilot to let us know." Does that bind me to a commitment to report? Am I in breach of the Terms if I see something wrong and I don't? I really hope judges take the way these "contemporary" terms are written as a signal of just how little bargaining power end-users have and start nullifying unfair clauses. It's getting ridiculous how one-sided these so-called agreements are. Companies don't want to take any responsibility whatsoever for the slop they're shilling. | ||
