		A bit harder unfotunately. Less than 20 million people in germany pay more taxes than they get money from the government (if you consider state employees as getting money from the government). With a population of over 80 million. Think about what happens if that is not financially viable anymore.

The ability to fire people without notice is not Silicon Valley bullshit - it is how the labor market works in almost all places in the entire world.
